GE - Satellite is the only US-based operator to provide international fixed satellite service and near total coverage of both ocean and land mass across the entire Pacific region.
In fixed orbit at 172º East, high above the Pacific basin, the GE-23 Satellite payload encompasses one C-band and five Ku-band beams that are uniquely arranged to cover all major Pacific airline and maritime corridors, as well as Australia, New Zealand, East Asia, Japan, the Western US and Canada, Alaska, and Russia.
